Tech Teens Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through technology education. We are seeking passionate, mission-driven professionals to join our leadership team as foundational board members. These roles are currently unpaid volunteer positions requiring a commitment of no more than 10 hours per week, with the goal of transitioning into part-time, fractional, or full-time roles as we grow.
Open Positions
1. Director of Partnerships & Outreach
Help build and sustain partnerships with corporate sponsors, educational institutions, and community organizations to drive funding and program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute outreach and fundraising strategies.
• Secure sponsorships and collaborations with companies, nonprofits, and schools.
• Plan and oversee fundraising events and initiatives.
• Represent Tech Teens Inc. at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
2. Program Coordinator / Operations Manager
Ensure the seamless execution of our educational programs, from scheduling to volunteer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day logistics prep, including class content in Google Classroom.
• Coordinate with educators, volunteers, and leadership to ensure smooth program operations.
• Assist in tracking program impact and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support administrative tasks to help scale our programs effectively.
3. Marketing & Communications Manager
Lead our branding and messaging strategy to amplify our impact and engage key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote Tech Teens Inc.’s mission.
• Manage social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Create compelling content to showcase student success stories and program highlights.
• Build media relationships and coordinate PR efforts to enhance brand visibility.
4. Technology & IT Support Lead
Manage Tech Teens Inc.’s digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and tech operations to ensure smooth and secure functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot digital platforms, internal systems, and cloud storage.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices to protect organizational data and assets.
• Provide technical support to volunteers, staff, and program participants.
• Set up and manage software tools, digital workspaces, and IT resources.
• Research and implement cost-effective technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a secure, scalable tech infrastructure.
